I Did It!

After several aborted attempts while serving at a public service desk, I finally got my picture transported through the ether! I'm the one on the right in my profile pic. Thanks to a staff member for showing me by changing her profile picture!

I have a Google Talk account at home. My daughter made me do it! I Google Talked with her one evening and it turns out I am not as fast at responding as she is and she grew a bit weary waiting on my replies. :) I have IM'ed with helplines for my computer and business done on my home computer (hotel reservations, Trac Fone, etc.) I have also practiced a bit with the Meebo set-up at LCL. So I am moving on to the RSS part of things! Thanks!

After watching/reading the 7 1/2 Habits of Highly Successful Lifelong Learners, I would have to say the hardest habit would be #7: Teach /Mentor Others, since there is still so much for me to learn about technology. The easiest habit would be #1, since I know where I want to be. I just have to get there!
